Triple Smudge Set

Take a moment and connect with the Spirit of the sacred herbs you are using, ask them help you purify, and bless, along with any other prayers you would like to include. When you are done, thank them for their help and return the ashes to Earth Mother.

Sage, Cedar and Palo Santo for this purpose should be burned in a fire safe bowl or shell and the smoke, once the flame goes out, is what purifies.

Please see the Wisdom page for more information on smudging.
